Hi, I’m Dr. Nia — a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience and a lifelong passion for women’s wellness. My own health journey began at 16, when I was misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia. What followed were years of fatigue, pain, inflammation, and confusion.

In 2016, I developed chronic BV, UTIs, and yeast infections that left me feeling defeated and disconnected from my body. When conventional medicine couldn’t offer lasting relief, I turned inward — using my clinical training and deep love for natural healing to uncover the truth. That’s when I discovered the real root cause: PCOS.

Through functional testing, nutrition, and holistic care, I began to heal — and in that process, I found my purpose. I created pHembiotics, a women’s probiotic line designed to restore balance naturally, and founded Olive Branch Total Wellness — an integrative telehealth practice helping women heal from the root up through precision medicine.

Today, my mission is simple: to help women feel whole, hopeful, and at peace in their bodies again.

When I’m not working with patients, you’ll find me with my family, exploring new places, or advocating for women’s reproductive rights — continuing the work that started with my own story.
